  • 1 task = 1 credit. The credit is used once the upload finishes and processing begins, so a task you start and abandon costs nothing.
  • While your plan is active, uploading papers and extracting questions costs no points — it runs on credits.
  • If a plan expires, everything you have already created stays and remains readable. Only the page limit for new tasks returns to the Free level (5 pages per task).

Points (pay-as-you-go)

You can top up only what you need, without a subscription.

  • 1 point (P) = KRW 1. The amount you top up becomes your point balance.
  • The top-up limit is KRW 100,000 per payment, chosen from the amounts we offer.
  • Points are deducted after processing completes. Processing that fails midway is not charged.
  • The estimated point cost is shown before you submit a task.
  • You can top up again at any time while your balance is valid, and balances add up.
  • Topped-up points can be used and refunded within 1 year of the payment date.
  • On points alone, the page limit is 10 pages per task.
  • Points are spent in this order: trial points, then points you purchased, then points granted for free. Points spent before a top-up are never charged again to that top-up.

Sign-up trial points

New accounts receive 20,000 trial points. They are usable for 10 days from the day you first use the service. When that window ends the points are not deleted — they are simply locked, and any paid purchase unlocks them again. Trial points are granted free of charge, so they are not refundable.

Point charges are calculated from the number of pages processed and questions extracted. If rates are adjusted, the estimate on screen updates immediately — so the figure shown just before you submit is always the current one.

What credits and points are used for

FeatureWith an active planOn points only
Uploading a paper · extracting questions1 task creditPoints deducted
Generating similar questionsPoints deductedPoints deducted
Q-LMS exam publishing · auto-gradingIncluded (nothing extra)Points per question published
Browsing and reusing Q-Bank questions, Word · HWPX exportIncludedNo charge

Generating similar questions costs points even on a subscription plan. It creates new questions rather than reusing existing ones, so each generation is counted separately.

Q-Bank and Q-LMS come with the subscription

Q-Bank (your question bank) and Q-LMS (online delivery, test-taking and auto-grading) are not separate products — they are part of the subscription plan.

  • Q-Bank: extracted questions are filed automatically. Search by unit or difficulty and drop them into a new paper — reuse costs nothing extra.
  • Q-LMS: create a class, publish an exam, and students take it online with results collected for you. While your plan is active, publishing costs no extra points.
  • Both features also work on points alone. In that case publishing an exam deducts points per question.

How to request a refund

  1. Points: sign in, open the Points page and use Request refund. Unused points are eligible; amounts topped up by card are returned by cancelling the original payment.
  2. Subscription plans: a full refund is available within 7 days of payment if you have not used any paid feature of that plan. After that, the unused portion of the period is refunded pro rata.
  3. Points you have already spent, and trial or compensation points granted free of charge, are not refundable.
  4. If a processing error charged you incorrectly, contact support — we will check and return the points or credits.

Payment methods and cancellation

Credit and debit cards and simple payments (TossPayments) are supported.

Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days on the registered card. You can cancel any time from the Points page; cancelling stops the next charge, and the period you already paid for remains fully usable.
